Digital Workplace Manager

For one of my customer we are looking for a Digital workplace Manager. Location: Europe(100% remote) Duration: 6+ months(renewable) Description: We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Digital Workplace Delivery Assistant to support our Workplace IT Delivery Manager. You will handle operational tasks, documentation, and day-to-day support for digital workplace solutions. This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training, in the first instance you will be focused on the delivery of the services for our regulated environment.

Deliverables: Execute and monitor daily operational tasks in the Digital Workplace domain (e.g., device management, software deployment, user support). Maintain and update technical and process documentation to a high standard. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user devices, collaboration tools, and workplace applications including third party access. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution and service requests. Support onboarding/offboarding processes for digital workplace services. Track and report on service metrics, incidents, and operational KPIs. Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or similar hands-on IT support role. Strong technical troubleshooting skills (Windows, O365, collaboration tools, endpoint management). Excellent documentation skills—able to create clear, concise, and accurate technical/process documents. Experience with ITSM tools (BMC Helix preferrable) and ticket management. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Comfortable with “getting hands dirty” and solving practical problems. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multinational or large enterprise environment. Experience working in a regulated industry Experience working on a M365 Role out ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge.
