Key Responsibilities

High-Ticket Closing: Target and convert High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and business owners.

Portfolio Scaling: Build and manage a sales pipeline.

Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for leads; you don't wait for the phone to ring, you "fight to war" and engage potential clients directly.

Partnership Creation: Move beyond transactional sales to create long-term strategic partnerships and referral networks.

Collaborative Proposals: Work with the team to craft high-level proposals that align with client needs and firm capabilities.

Reporting: Maintain transparency in your sales funnel and participate in weekly strategic alignment calls.

Must-Haves

The "Spark": You must possess high energy, hunger, and "power" in your sales delivery.

Result-oriented with impeccable manners (no arrogance).

Communication: Highly articulate in English and Bahasa Indonesia

2+ years of professional experience; able to hold your own in a room with business leaders and high-level investors.

You must be humble enough to be trained on our specific products and systems while maintaining your independent drive

Product Training: Comprehensive coaching to ensure you understand our FX machines and financial products inside-out.

Wifi/Computer/Accommodation support in specific regions
