Accounting Staff

About the role We are looking Accounting Staff to join our team at PT. Sakata Inx Indonesia. This full‑time position is based in Jakarta and surround and will responsible for for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the accuracy and timely reporting of financial data for PT Sakata Inx Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records

Record invoice to SAP

Process accounts payable transactions

Maintain and update the general ledger, including posting journal entries

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial information and analysis

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

2‑3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company

Proficient in the use of accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Ms. Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good problem‑solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work overtime and Saturday or Sunday if needed

Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and reporting requirements
