The Role: Impact & Influence

As our feet on the ground in Jakarta, you won't just be "selling"—you’ll be a strategic partner to our clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

Market Expansion:

Identifying and developing new markets within Indonesia to increase company sales.

Relationship Management:

Maintaining daily contact with clients through visits, calls, and presentations to lobby for our specialized services.

End-to-End Ownership:

From drafting quotes and negotiating prices to ensuring full payment collection, you own the entire sales cycle.

Intelligence Gathering:

Keeping us ahead of the curve by providing market intelligence on competitor pricing and services.

Problem Solving:

Resolving client complaints with professional recommendations and maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

Education:

Preferably, Degree in Engineering or any other related engineering degree.

Passion:

A genuine passion for sales and a "right attitude" toward business growth.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills. You should be a confident presenter who can translate technical concepts into value for the client.

Tech Savvy:

Ability to update sales databases (Pipedrive) and manage weekly reporting to management.

Mobility:

Optional to possess a valid driving license and be willing to self-drive to various client sites for meetings.
