About the role We are seeking a skilled Accounting professional to join our dynamic team at PT Dekoramik Perdana. This full-time role is based in our office in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. As part of our Accounting & Financial Reporting function, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and asset management

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing financial reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations

Continuously identify process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial reporting requirements

Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
