Job Description

Strategic HR Manager South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company workforce planning.

Lead end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination).

Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand manpower needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

Strengthen employer branding initiatives across JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles.

Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Drive continuous improvement in recruitment systems, processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Strong experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring.

Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiar with various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, headhunting, social media, referrals).

Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
