Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the construction project activities from start to end

Controlling the operational implementation & budgeting of the project

Follow up the contractor performance, ensure the project can be effectively and smoothly on time

To ensure the operational store in optimal condition (manage repair & maintenance)

Ensure the operational store in optimal condition (equipment condition, store building condition) that store can operate properly

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture and equivalent

Minimum 5 years experience in F&B Project & Maintenance

Familiar with Ms. Office & AutoCAD

Must be able to understand the steps of Project implementation & Maintenance equipment

Experience in managing repair-maintenance restaurant equipment & facilities

Have good leadership, managing team, communication, and collaboration
