This is a full-time hybrid position for a Business Executive role, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building and cultivating client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing detailed proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the insurance and financial sector are key aspects of this role. Qualifications

Sales and business development expertise with skills in client relationship management and deal negotiation. Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities to identify opportunities and create plans that align with organizational goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in presenting financial and business solutions to potential clients and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry, including trends, products, and compliance regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Multilingual skills are an advantage. Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is highly beneficial.
