Structure Engineer

**Title:**Structure EngineerKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.KBR is looking for a Structure Engineer to support the largest offshore oilfield in Qatar, Bul Hanine. This will play a vital role in the country’s oil production portfolio. The expansion project is part of Qatar’s broader strategy to sustain and enhance its oil output while simultaneously investing heavily in its liquefied natural gas (LNG) production growth. This role will perform global analyses of offshore structures.**Responsibilities**:* Carry out detailed design of primary nodes* Create detailed design of secondary and tertiary steel including equipment supports, access platforms, material handling structures, monorails, stair towers, etc.* Compile design reports**Qualifications:*** Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related engineering field* 4 + years of experience, with average experience of 6 - 10 years of designing FPSO modules and fixed offshore structures for upstream oil and gas projects* Proficient in SACS and STAAD PRO software* Good knowledge of the latest revisions of offshore design codes including:* + ISO 19901-3
