Work Experienc Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the IT field At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader Proven experience leading IT teams and managing technology or system implementation projects within labor-intensive industries

Technical Competencies Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, and cloud systems) Solid understanding of IT security and data protection practices Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP or Oracle ERP).

Managerial & Soft Skills Strong leadership and people management capabilities Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term IT plans Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and senior management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
