and services in Indonesia Technical analysis of customer requirements Participation in the design of bulk material handling systems and preparation of individual quotations Evaluation and technical support of the plants; customer support in sales area Consolidation of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers Qualifications

Education: Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineer or similar. Minimum 5 years experience in sales, retail management/leadership role. Ability to communicate clearly with principals, customers and associates in person via e-mail and telephone. Developing and executing sales strategies. Leading, motivating and managing the sales to meet or exceed targets. Preferable having a good relationship with Pulp and paper Factory, CPO and similar Industry Sector. Conducting regular sales meetings and providing coaching and feedback to team members. Reporting all activities to General Manager. Preparing and monitoring the sales budget and expenditures. Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the products or customer service. Nurturing relationships with collaborators and customers. Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities. Preparing and executing visit plan to customers and able to travel for visiting customers within Indonesia Have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to develop strong, lasting business relationships. Able to speak and write in English language Having address in Jabodetabek area Good condition (Healthy) Result oriented person Drivers license and willing to travel 50 – 80 % Experience with international business practice Contacts in the forestry industry is preferable High level of perseverance Affinity with technical products
