How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of

HACCP plans

and comprehensive food quality/safety systems. Provide 360-degree oversight of all food preparation, water safety, and accommodation activities, ensuring 100% adherence to hygiene principles. Manage and mentor diverse, multi-cultural catering teams; strictly enforce safety standards among all staff and subcontractors. Act as the primary advisor for subcontractor food safety and HSE teams, ensuring their performance aligns with project KPIs. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify risks before they become incidents. Prepare and present detailed food safety documentation, audit findings, and compliance reports for both Project Management and the Client.

What are we looking for? Minimum

5+ years

of dedicated food safety experience: proven track record in

offshore oil and gas , remote site catering, or large-scale camp management. Deep knowledge of

Codex Alimentarius

and

Singapore Food Agency (SFA)

requirements (if any). Strict understanding of

MARPOL Annex V

for offshore garbage and food waste management. Technical Proficiency:

Experience in

potable water testing

and maintenance of offshore water safety standards.

Required Certifications: HACCP: Valid certification at Level 3 or Level 4. Advanced Food Hygiene: CIEH Level 4 or an equivalent recognised international standard. Auditing: Lead Auditor certification in ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management Systems).
