Procurement Specialist (Commercial)

Own end‑to‑end sourcing for Marketing, Consumer Research, Trade Marketing, Sales activation, events, POSM, agencies, and promotional services, from demand intake through supplier selection, contracting, and coordinate with each functional user to proceed with the issuance of purchase order.

Execute competitive sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP, pitch processes, benchmarking), including commercial evaluation, negotiation of pricing and terms, and recommendation of suppliers in accordance with Procurement Policy and approval thresholds.

Support commercial negotiations with agencies and service providers, ensuring transparency, cost competitiveness, and alignment to agreed scope and performance expectations.

Review post‑campaign or post‑delivery outcomes to validate commercial terms, capture learnings, and identify opportunities for cost optimization or process improvement in future sourcing cycles.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or related field

At least 8 years experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing

Strong exposure to Marketing / Trade / Agency / Services procurement

Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and policy‑based sourcing capability

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed sourcing decisions.

Experience using ERP / e‑procurement tools (SAP preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Fluency in written and verbal English.
