Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Reduce cost of raw materials while maintaining the same quality or improving product performance.

Create proper trial reports.

Deliver trial results to customers (production, QC) and ensure trials are fully proven.

Work with the team to optimize raw material usage from incoming processes, machines, and stock taking, analyze losses and implement corrective action.

Interpret production results and establish relationships between results and process parameters to optimize process parameters to the maximum.

Perform standard acceptance criteria of product specification, processes, and quality for all products.

Organize or participate in process training in the factory.

Standardize all process changes into new work plans.

Requirements

3 years of experience in a PMA environment.

Excellent English communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Chemical analysis and calibration knowledge.

Willingness to work in Gresik.
