Client Relation Staff (South Jakarta)

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Jakarta for a Client Relation Staff at VICTION.ID's Sudirman Jakarta branch. The Client Relation Staff will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role involves providing excellent customer support, fostering positive client relationships, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to uphold service standards.
