Business Relationship Manager

PT Indonesia Research Institute Japan (IRIJ) We are a research and business consulting company engaged in research and business consulting. In line with our business expansion into the banking and financial sector, we strengthen and develop our LPK business unit and its derivatives, as well as other upcoming business lines. We require a professional who can support our Business Financial Advisory and Business Pitching functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Business or Economics)

Strong understanding of the banking industry and general banking operations.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in Retail, SME, Commercial, or Corporate financing.

Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of risk management.

Familiarity with corporate merger and acquisition processes is a point plus.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other relevant tools.
