Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development (Technology & Product Sales)

Responsibilities: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the Head of Sales & Business Development. Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, product presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across target industries to expand market reach. Build relationships with key decision-makers across government, enterprise, and industry sectors. Identify customer needs and provide tailored technology/product solutions. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Maintain strong engagement with existing customers to ensure upselling, cross selling, and retention. Coordinate with product, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful service implementation. Provide timely updates on customer feedback, market intelligence, and sales pipeline. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast data for the Head of Sales & Business Development.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in technology product sales, SaaS, digital solutions, or enterprise solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Indonesia. Strong network within mining, manufacturing, logistic, or technology sectors (advantage). Strong negotiation and deal closing skills. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Good understanding of technology products, digital platforms, and enterprise solutions. Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
