Accounting Staff

About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our growing team at PT Igus Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Serpong, Banten.

What you’ll be doing

Prepare tax invoices for customers

Prepare billing documents for customers

Assist in preparation of financial reports

Check invoices from vendors

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Copy and file accounting documents

Requirements

Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field

Fresh graduate or professional with a maximum of 2 years of working experience

Good understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work overtime and meet deadlines
