We are hiring a Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Associate at

to support executives in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute engagement assignments related to new accounting standard adoption and compliance. Advising on complex accounting issues, merger and acquisition activities, and initial public offerings. Enhance financial reporting and improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in preparing financial statements, including carve‑out and pro‑forma statements. Optimize end‑to‑end financial closing processes and research relevant information to provide value‑adding recommendations. Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and regulatory obligations, providing tailored solutions and guidance. Demonstrate professionalism and maintain strong networks within EY and other service lines. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.20 from an accredited college/university. Fresh graduates are welcome; having 1 year of experience in a public accounting firm is a plus. Accounting knowledge focused on PSAK and IFRS is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian. Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new capabilities. Good analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and maintain consistent quality. Benefits
