Building Manager (Property)

role is an exciting opportunity to oversee the operations and maintenance of a commercial property portfolio in Jakarta. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the company's buildings, while also contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties, including apartments, office spaces and retail units.

Oversee the work of service providers and contractors to ensure properties are well‑maintained and meet all relevant regulations and standards.

Monitor and report on building performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost‑saving measures.

Liaise with tenants to address any issues or concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist with the development and implementation of property management policies and procedures.

Support the wider property team in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (5+ years) in a building or property management role, ideally within the commercial real‑estate sector.

Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on delivering cost‑effective solutions.

Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools.

A relevant tertiary qualification in property management, facilities management or a related field would be highly regarded.
