Junior Associate

to join their dynamic Corporate & Commercial Law practice. This is a contract role offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial transactions and corporate matters

Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, contracts and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and provide clear, comprehensive, and practical legal opinions.

Support senior lawyers in managing client relationships and business development activities

Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Law with 1-2 years' post-qualification experience

Preferably licensed as an Advocate or have completed the Advocate Professional Examination (UPA).

Minimum of 1 (one) year of practical experience in litigation and in handling Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) or Bankruptcy cases, whether representing debtors, creditors, or other related parties, is preferred.

Excellent legal analysis, attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, even under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and integrity.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) will beanadvantage.
