We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Perform sales activities for new and renewal business within an assigned geographic area, set of accounts, or product/service line to achieve or exceed revenue objectives. Accountable for sales accounts in the specified geography.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products and services.
Create and conduct sales presentations to match the company's products/services with identified needs.
Provide accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues to management.
Collaborate closely with principal Ansys to deliver double-digit growth in new business and acquire a minimum of 5-7 new logos per quarter.
Meet new business, renewal, and service goals for the assigned territory or strategic account.
Develop, maintain, and implement account plans with strategies and action plans to maximize revenues.
Collaborate with the account team, product specialists, other functions within companies SEA, remote sites, and certified channel partners to ensure a synergistic approach to the account.
Research, gather, analyze, and disseminate information about the accounts; develop exceptional knowledge of customer needs, goals, and issues, including biases and concerns of decision makers and influencers.
Oversee solution development and deliver compelling customer presentations; help create proposals that provide maximum value and fair pricing, addressing key issues, needs, and KPIs.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM to meet goals.
Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate concerns to the team and management; ensure alignment of company and partner priorities.
Support sales team pipeline development efforts for sustainable growth.
Ensure compliance with partner programs and agreements.
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
