Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years of experience in a large manufacturing company or FMCG industry Strong experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), budgeting, and forecasting Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, particularly in Commercial Finance / Brand Strategy & Revenue Management Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Description:

Lead the commercial finance function for all planning and analytical activities related to commercial operations and business partnering across all product categories within the group Provide accurate and timely financial information for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, working closely with the Commercial/Marketing team Manage forecasting and annual planning processes, including setting guidelines, maintaining financial models, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) Act as a Finance Business Partner in evaluating commercial proposals related to key accounts and monitoring commercial programs Support value creation projects such as new product development, category expansion, and other commercial initiatives
