Job Responsibilities

Review accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.

Record financial transactions in the company's accounting system.

Ensure all financial data is accurate and upโ€‘toโ€‘date.

Maintain and organize financial documents and records (digital and physical).

Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection and reporting.

Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the finance department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience of at least 1โ€‘2 years in finance or administrative roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
