untuk melihatkecocokan keahlianmuDeskripsi Pekerjaan**THE POSITION**You will be fully responsible for the operations and content quality of adult language courses (retail), which includes:**Job Description:**Curriculum Development Project Management:- Lead and manage the entire curriculum development cycle for various languages (mainly English (EN), Mandarin (ZH), Japanese (JA), and Korean (KO)) within the business unit.- Ensure curriculum development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards.- Collaborate with content/academic teams to design course structures, syllabi, and supporting materials.Maintenance of Material Quality & Relevance:- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of ongoing course materials (operational) to ensure learning accuracy and effectiveness.- Ensure that course materials are always up-to-date and relevant to market trends, adult learner needs, and international standards.- Implementing feedback and material revision mechanisms based on performance data and user feedback.**Requirements:**- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in education, linguistics, communication, consulting, or related fields.- Experience: Have work experience in education and educational product sales for at least 1-2 years; experience related to the language learning industry is an advantage.- In-depth Understanding of Curriculum Structure: Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks, instructional design, and effective language teaching methodologies (e.g., CEFR).- Teaching Experience: Experience teaching languages, especially to adult learners, is a significant advantage.- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.- Independence and Initiative: Able to work independently, proactive in implementing sales strategies, and target-oriented.- Project Management Skills: Able to plan, execute, and monitor projects using structured tools and methodologies.- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of analyzing course performance data and providing effective curriculum solutions.- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to interact with instructors, internal teams, and management.- Sales Skills: Able to execute sales strategies, close deals, and have strong negotiation abilities.- Technology: Familiar with digital tools such as CRM, communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and data management applications.Connect with us:Make yourself updated with Cakap & Cakap Squad activities by follow our social media at:* IG: @lifeatcakap @cakapcom* Twitter: @cakapcom* TikTok: @cakapcomTentang PerusahaanCakapCakap is an upskilling platform in Indonesia with more than 4 million users spread throughout the country.
