Job Description Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts related to commodity trading and supply

Providing day-to-day legal advisory to internal stakeholders

Managing and mitigating commercial and operational disputes

Supporting legal aspects of new trading initiatives and market expansion

Identifying legal risks and providing practical, business-oriented solutions

Working with external counsel where necessary on litigation or complex matters

Supporting the development of internal compliance and governance practices

The Successful Applicant We are seeking a commercially minded legal professional with strong contract management experience. Ideal candidates will have:

Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure

Strong experience in commercial contracts and contract negotiations

Experience supporting operational legal matters within a corporate environment

Ability to manage disputes and mitigate legal risks

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities

Ability to work independently within a lean organization

Experience within commodity trading, logistics, energy, or supply chain industries will be highly advantageous.
