As a CMO Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in implementing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth marketing operations to achieve organizational goals. Requirements

Possess a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities align with company goals. Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing schedules for marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights to improve marketing strategies. Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure efficient communication and execution of marketing projects.
