Job Description
To support the Finance Manager in ensuring that the company’s financial management is conducted accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations. This role also provides strategic financial analysis to support management decision-making and ensure the sustainability of the company’s business operations
2. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with
PSAK and the company’s accounting policies
Conduct
variance analysis
between actual results and budget, and provide financial insights to management
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Manage and monitor the company’s
cash flow , including forecasting and liquidity control
Supervise
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
processes to maintain healthy cash flow
Optimize
working capital management
to support production operations and project activities
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Coordinate the
annual budgeting process and financial projections
in collaboration with related departments
Perform
financial modeling and cost analysis
to support investment decisions and operational efficiency initiatives
Internal Control & Compliance
Ensure the effective implementation of
internal financial controls
to minimize financial risks
Support
internal and external audit processes
Ensure compliance with
company policies and applicable financial regulations
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide the
finance team in daily operational activities
Improve the effectiveness of financial processes through
system and workflow improvements
Cash Flow Management
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Cost Control & Cost Analysis
Internal Control Framework
Familiar with
Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta)
4. Qualifications
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum
5–8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
At least
2–3 years of experience in a Supervisor or Senior Staff role
Experience in a
manufacturing company is highly preferred
Strong understanding of
financial reporting, costing, and cash flow management
Strong
analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
