Summary of the Role Coordinate activities of Engineering team in Sales and Marketing Department to support Sales and Marketing team to achieve the Sales target and maintain the business of Terumo under supervision of GM Sales and Marketing.

Key Functions / Responsibilities Perform installation and commissioning activities at customer site locations Manage customer base as defined by a geographic territory, extensive travel required Perform troubleshooting activities at site locations to diagnose problems and Maintains high customer satisfaction Develop presentations and provide training and instruction to customers on field Provide continuous, 24 hours by 7 days a week, support in response to customer calls for service Provide appropriate response and service to customer Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Head of Dept. /Management Follow PTTI Rules and Regulation

Education & Experience Diploma of Technical Electro medical Minimum 5 years experienced in the same position Good presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, both oral and written
