Senior Manager Finance & Accounting

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations: AR, AP, inventory, payroll, and fixed assets. Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across stores and departments. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations. Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax) and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants. Analyze key retail KPIs: GM%, ROS, inventory turnover, DSO, sales per square meter, store profitability. Manage financial reporting for multiple outlets and conduct performance reviews per location. Strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks in high-volume retail environments. Supervise finance & accounting team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and IT teams to streamline processes. Support new store openings with feasibility studies, cost analysis, and financial planning. Optimize accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and integrate with POS and inventory systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is a strong advantage. Minimum 7-10 years of accounting/finance experience Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, SAP) and advanced Excel.
