Tracks

Consumer Banking Group (CBG): DBS Consumer Banking Group is a market leader in the consumer banking business with a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards and personal loans, to help customers realize their dreams and aspirations at every life stage.

Institutional Banking Group (IBG): Provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services such as cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.

Technology & Operations (T&O): The backbone that supports the bank, serving institutional and consumer banking operations, managing the Customer Centre and IT, providing Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinating business continuity, and delivering service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS.

You may apply a maximum of 2 tracks.

Who Are We Looking For

You have a distinguished record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values and a drive to make an impact for others.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any discipline with less than two years of work experience.

Passionate about banking and technology.

A great communicator with people across all levels.

Agile and driven to thrive in a global and dynamic business environment.

Willing to do the programme at DBS Jakarta Head Office.
