Consultant (eSIM & Bali Visa) - Canggu

is expanding its visa assistance services. We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Visa Officer in Bali, Indonesia.

Position Overview

This role manages the end‑to‑end visa services process, assisting clients with travel documentation, handling immigration‑related issues, providing tailored consulting support, and facilitating seamless service delivery.

Maintains consistent and clear communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with immigration requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in‑store with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Promote and sell BaliEasy products, including eSIMs and Visa Tourist services.

Provide product knowledge, eSIM installation process and visa consultation, clearly explaining options, requirements, and procedures.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Maintain accurate daily records of sales, stock, and operational activities.

Use digital tools such as Google Sheets, Google Forms, and ChatGPT for reporting and task management.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably Law or International Relations).

At least 1 year of experience in visa or immigration consulting.

Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting established goals & objectives within specific deadlines, while maintaining high quality work.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at all professional levels.

Fluency in English (verbal and written) mandatory.

Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.

Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential.

Experience in a similar role at a reputable immigration consultant firm is a distinct advantage.

Negotiable salary during probation period; performance‑based salary review thereafter.
