Human Resources Head | Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Present and promote products to customers, providing technical and commercial support.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize profitability.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions and deliveries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Biodiesel (B40) or oil industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to travel.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Owns a vehicle and holds a valid driving license.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
