(Bali & Nusa Tenggara coverage area) Requirements Bachelor degree in Hospitality or related field from reputable university Min 2 years experience in resort hotels at Middle-Upper Managerial level, fluent in English verbally & written Familiar with PMS (Property Management System), POS systems, Google suites, and Microsoft Office Familiar with setting up & monitoring KPI, SOP & policies development Familiar with product & service quality improvements, focus on Operational excellence & quality assurance Strong managerial and leadership skills, target oriented Bali based with frequent travel to Bobocabin branches at Bali, Nusa Tenggara, & Eastern Indonesia
