Junior Trainer

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human resources, or any relevant field. Min. one year experience in training. Ability to manage full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning. Proficient with Ms Office. Preferred have good english proficient in speaking and writing. Capable of working collaboratively with others in a team-orientated environment. Willing to be placed in one of the working locations in the Branch of Lampung. Job Descriptions:

Responsible for all training execution (training for MC, JL, MJ). Manage day by day training in each region. Conduct training as schedule. Manage MJ in terms of training execution. Responsible for Training Center (operation, tools, etc.) Collect feedback from a training participant. Do introduction and campaign on Oustlab for MC, JL, MJ.
