JR2025076531It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.• Develop, implement,and evaluate effective recruitment planning and strategies and high-qualityprocess to assess candidates. • Manage and lead recruitment process and the overall utilization of recruitment function. • Sets communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization. • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization. • Analyze recruitment process, turnover,and other personnel statistic to improve current process in conformance with organization needs. • Direct the overall recruitment process to ensure that properly qualified applicants are hired for organization and/or divisional positions. • Solves all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies and takesall managerial decisions. • Identify and research potential gaps in the recruitment process for further process development. • Become mediator in communication between with users and prospective candidates. • Establish and maintain quality relationship with internal users and external recruitment vendors (e.g. colleges and universities, career planning centers, executive search firms, advertisers, etc.) to support the company recruitment needs). • Maintain contacts with employment agencies and negotiates employment fee structures. • Implement and facilitate hiring procedures for successful candidates by extending offers. • Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization). • Maintain and analyze statistical reports addressing issues such as cost per hire, days to fill, etc. • Develop, implementand evaluate effective strategies and high-qualityprocess to attract and retain qualified candidates. • Monitor recruiting process to fill established needs in Recruitment by interpreting qualifications of positions and determining sources for potential applicants. • Oversees the establishment and maintenance of the company’s recruiting image in the marketplace, ensuring quality and consistency. • Develop, implement and evaluate the talent acquisition strategy to have valid sources for potential applicants for organization. • Monitor recruiting process to fill established needs in Recruitment by pooling quality candidates according to availability position in the institution. • Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment campaigns and assess the best recruitment resources allocation process. • Build, expand and maintain relationship with other Department/Units, vendors, candidates, and with the medias. • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology or related Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 3 years working experience in Supervisory Level, or • Minimum 7years working experience in education institution Special Skills/ Certification: • Recruitment fundamentals • Interviewing skills • Communication skillsIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
