Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role Prior experience in manufacturing industries (garment, bags, footwear) is required

Technical Competencies Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and account reconciliation Experience in journal control, asset management, and accounts payable/receivable oversight Familiarity with SIMODIS, ULN, and KPPK systems Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of PSAK, taxation, tax audits, and internal audit processes

Managerial Competencies Proven leadership in managing Accounting teams Strong financial control and compliance orientation Data-driven decision-making capabilities Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and demonstrates strong integrity Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
