Finance Business Support Manager

Job Description I. Finance Support and Analysis

Prepare the quarterly cash flow forecast and annual budgeting process.

Analyze variances between actual, forecast, and budgeted cash flows, identify root causes, and coordinate with other departments and business units for resolution. Track action plans to address unfavorable variances and ensure accountability for implementation.

Prepare draft responses to lenders’ queries in coordination with other relevant departments.

Review vendors’ financials during the Procurement RFP process in line with company guidelines.

Support other financial analysis requests and ad hoc assignments from management.

II. Insurance Management

Lead end-to-end insurance administration, including annual renewal processes, brokerage coordination, and policy review based on risks.

Ensure timely updates of the sum insured for new, transferred, or decommissioned assets.

Oversee and track insurance claims, ensuring timely documentation and communication with insurers or brokers.

Coordinate periodic insurance effectiveness reviews and propose coverage optimization.

Requirements Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s Degree is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, including minimum 2 years in an FP&A or corporate finance role, with exposure to insurance processes (renewal, risk review, claims).

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Good understanding of statutory and management financial statements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big‑picture perspective.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proactive, structured thinker with problem‑solving orientation.
