Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, growth strategy, campaign strategy, or related fields. Experience in credit, fintech, retail banking, financial services, or consulting industries. Proficiency in data analytics and research capabilities, including SQL and Python, to leverage insights for business decisions. Structured thinking and ability to develop actionable insights from complex data sets. Motivated, target-driven, with ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience in offline growth strategies for credit products is a plus. Seniority level
