E-Commerce Leader

As the E-Commerce Leader at PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing and e-commerce strategy. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya and will see you leading the development and implementation of innovative digital campaigns to boost online sales and brand awareness.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and customer engagement

Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including website, online marketplaces, and social media channels

Analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the e-commerce performance

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling and effective digital content and campaigns

Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, and present insights to senior management

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends and best practices

Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that drive sales and customer engagement

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent project management and team leadership skills

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends and technologies

A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
