About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to lead the development of
direct brand partnerships in Indonesia .
This is a
high-impact, strategic sales role
focused on building
long-term relationships with major brand advertisers , rather than short-term performance campaigns.
You will play a key role in establishing our presence in the Indonesian market and driving partnerships across
CTV, OTT, and digital video advertising solutions .
This role is ideal for a
well-connected digital advertising sales leader
with strong relationships across local brand advertisers and marketing decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategic Sales
Develop and expand relationships with
direct brand advertisers in Indonesia
Focus on key industries such as
FMCG, automotive, finance, consumer electronics, and internet companies
Promote innovative
CTV / OTT / digital video advertising solutions
to brand decision-makers
Manage the
full sales cycle
from client acquisition to contract closure and long-term account growth
Build a strong pipeline of
high-value brand clients
Client Relationship Management
Act as a
trusted advisor to brand clients , understanding their marketing strategies and budget planning
Provide strategic
media and placement recommendations
Maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts to drive
repeat business and annual growth
Market Insights & Strategy
Monitor trends in the Indonesian digital advertising ecosystem
Track developments in the
CTV / OTT market and competitor activities
Provide market feedback to support
product positioning and commercial strategy
Contribute to
local go-to-market planning
Requirements
Experience
7+ years of experience in digital advertising or media sales
Proven experience working
directly with brand advertisers
Strong background in
digital video, programmatic advertising, or OTT platforms
Network & Sales Capability
Established network of
brand marketing leaders and decision-makers in Indonesia
Proven ability to
acquire strategic clients and close complex advertising deals
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Language
Professional working proficiency in
English
Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required
