Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Population Health & Integrated Care

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Population Health & Integrated Care You will support the planning and daily operations of population health initiatives in North‑Eastern Singapore, particularly in the Sengkang and Punggol regions. This includes project management of care integration initiatives, developing and streamlining of operational workflows, engagement with internal and external stakeholders, as well as data management and analysis. You will also provide secretariat and administrative support for meetings and participate in population health research and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, with the capability to manage competing priorities and challenging situations
