Job Description
The Systems Project Coordinator ensures the effective operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the organization's business and education technology platforms. The role acts as a bridge between IT, system owners, and center teams, coordinating systems support, project delivery, and user enablement. The role also supports technical capability building at center level and manages a small systems support function.
Business & Education Systems Coordination
Coordinate support and enhancements for various internal CRM and LMS software
Act as an escalation point for complex center issues
Coordinate UAT, releases, and vendor fixes
Systems Project Coordination
Track timelines, risks, and dependencies
Develop SOPs and training materials
Deliver system training for centre teams
Team Leadership & Ticket Management
Line-manage 1 Systems Administrator
Oversee ticket quality, prioritization, and SLAs
Act as liaison between centers, IT, and vendors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administrator or equivalent.
3–5 years’ experience in systems coordination or IT operations
EdTech or education sector exposure
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics), data analytics tools, automation platforms, and familiarity with API integrations
Strong understanding of consumer data protection regulations
Experience supporting multi-site operations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Structured and detail‑oriented
