Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Since our launch in February 2024, we’ve scaled from a team of 4 to over 80 people, serving 500+ clients worldwide. Our mission? To help businesses, from local SMEs to global enterprises, unlock their full potential through innovative strategies, data‑driven insights, and hands‑on execution.
We are hiring a CMO who can architect a complete GTM and full‑funnel marketing system while owning execution across every stage of the customer journey. You must be able to lead enterprise‑level strategies, build and grow a high‑caliber team, and raise the bar on strategic and operational excellence. This role demands someone who understands marketing operations deeply and can design systems that run efficiently, scale cleanly, and enable the team to perform at consistently high standards.
What You Will Own
End‑to‑End GTM Strategy and Full‑Funnel Architecture
You will design and own the entire GTM motion for GetFound. This includes shaping how prospects discover us, how they move through the funnel, and how they convert across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise segments. You will build the frameworks, playbooks, and systems that unify demand generation, lifecycle marketing, content, sales enablement, and lead operations into one coherent engine.
Enterprise Strategy and Execution Leadership
You will directly influence high‑stakes, enterprise‑level marketing strategies. This includes translating complex business challenges into structured growth plans and overseeing execution quality with cross‑functional teams. You must be comfortable aligning stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and ensuring enterprise clients experience world‑class strategy and delivery.
Lifecycle and Revenue Marketing
You will design systems that drive activation, engagement, retention, and expansion across the full customer lifecycle. This includes implementing revenue marketing and account expansion frameworks that increase LTV and reduce churn.
Experimentation, Systems Thinking, and Growth Operations
You will build the operating backbone for marketing. This includes experimentation frameworks, growth loops, measurement cadences, dashboards, attribution logic, and automation systems. Your goal is to ensure marketing operates at the highest level with a measurable output.
Team Building, Coaching, and Raising Standards
You will hire, develop, and upskill a multi‑disciplinary marketing organization across demand generation, brand, lifecycle, content, and operations. You will instill a culture of clarity, accountability, and excellence. Your leadership should elevate the standard of strategic thinking, execution quality, creative output, and analytical depth across the entire team.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
You will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Leadership to ensure that marketing accelerates every part of the company. You will align GTM priorities, create shared visibility into performance, and bridge customer insights into company strategy.
What You Bring
Eight to twelve years of experience in full‑funnel marketing, growth, or GTM leadership
Proven success designing GTM strategies and driving revenue impact end‑to‑end
Experience managing enterprise‑level marketing programs from strategy to execution
Strong capability in demand generation, lifecycle, experimentation, analytics, and operational rigor
Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams
Ability to turn ambiguity into direction, structure, and measurable results
Strong communication and leadership presence
High standards, high velocity, and a bias toward clarity and action
Strong English writing and communication ability
Available to work fully on‑site in Setiabudi / Kuningan
