Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00

Must have a solid 4 years working experience in recruiting for all levels in various industries

Experience in Retail Industry is a plus

Strong experience hiring for all level staff

Deep understanding of the full‑cycle recruitment process and best practices

Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking

Understanding of various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate skills and abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Detail and result oriented, well organized, mature with strong analytical thinking
