Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve delinquencies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment history Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective collection strategies Provide timely and accurate reporting on collection activities and performance Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices About the Offer
