Project Manager (Jr Manager) - Building Material

Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of our client in

Building Material Company

that established since 15 years ago and as the

first local producers of Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)

in Indonesia, that will be in

West Jakarta

work of setting.

What will you do?

Market Expansion – Identify new opportunities, build relationships with developers, SOEs, and government projects, and expand distribution channels.

Strategic Project Development – Source and manage large-scale projects (malls, airports, hospitals, high-rises) and engage owner-level decision makers.

Brand & Vendor Management – Secure brand approvals and ensure products are listed on official vendor and supplier databases.

Market Analysis & Strategy – Conduct market research, analyze trends, and propose penetration strategies and pricing adjustments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with Sales, Specifiers, Marketing, and Production to ensure project success.

Partnerships & Reporting – Build strategic networks, explore joint ventures, and manage project pipelines and business reports.

We're looking for someone who has:

Pre-Project Planning – Study contracts and drawings, review BOQ/specifications, conduct site visits, coordinate shop drawings, prepare schedules (time/curva S), and plan material/manpower with RAB and safety methods.

Project Execution – Ensure progress aligns with schedule, control material usage and waste, oversee installation quality (alignment & finishing), and resolve on-site technical issues.

Administrative & Reporting – Produce weekly progress reports, maintain documentation, manage handover documents (BAST), and handle customer complaints before and after handover.

Operational Authority – Allocate project workforce, assign tasks to supervisors/installers, schedule work and overtime, and make on-site technical decisions within contract limits.

Technical Authority – Approve and revise shop drawings, determine installation methods (brackets, frames, sealants), and stop work if standards are not met.

Financial & Coordination Authority – Approve material purchases, control material usage, manage project operational expenses within limits, lead project coordination meetings, communicate with owners/main contractors, and supervise project team performance.
