Senior Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia, a leading technology company based in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital advertising campaigns that drive business growth and engagement.

What you'll be doing

Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise campaign performance.

Manage and optimise ad budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.

Continuously monitor and analyse campaign data, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and web developers, to ensure seamless integration of advertising efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities.

Mentor and train junior members of the team to develop their digital advertising skills.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Proficient in managing and optimising advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing strategies to drive integrated campaigns.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
