Regional Sales Supervisor

Location: Jakarta (with frequent out-of-town travel)

Role Summary Rocketindo is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our offline market presence. You will be responsible for identifying potential retail partners outside Jakarta, introducing and placing Rocketindo products in stores, and ensuring strong sales performance in your assigned regions.

This role requires someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in the field, and is comfortable with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new retail stores outside Jakarta for product placement.

Achieve sales targets and ensure strong sell-out performance.

Maintain and build strong relationships with existing partners and clients.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and gather market insights.

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, finance) to support regional sales activities.

Prepare regular reports on market conditions, store performance, and sales achievements.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.

Presentable & good personal grooming; able to dress appropriately when meeting clients.

At least conversational English; able to communicate confidently with partners when needed.

Strong communication and negotiation skills: comfortable approaching new clients and building rapport.

Outgoing personality, confident, and able to adapt to different customer types.

Strong mental resilience and persistence: comfortable working in the field and handling rejection.

Willing to travel frequently and work independently.
