Director of Communications

Overview

Director of Communications role at Shangri-La Group (Jakarta). Plans, directs, coordinates and participates in all Communications, Digital Marketing, Art/Design, Advertising, Media, Partnerships and Crisis Communications. Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing and within hotel policies and procedures, serves as a pivotal figure in shaping and maintaining the organization’s brand and the flow of information between the company and the public. Responsibilities

Plan, direct, coordinate and participate in all Communications, Digital Marketing, Art/Designer, Advertising, Media, Partnerships and Crisis Communications. Promote and shape the narrative to maintain and protect the organization’s brand and profitability across various media platforms. Requirements

Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written Public relations / Communications / Marketing education background Strong network and relations with Media, Embassies, high-end brands and KOLs Advanced in Public Relations and Digital Marketing Advanced in Photography / Videography production and execution Advanced understanding of design and printing Advanced in organizing events and partnerships Minimum 10 years in Communications or minimum 5 years in the same position as DOC / Marketing Communications Director Willing to go the extra mile; open for multi-tasking Advanced in Microsoft Office Positive role model; good teamwork, speed, adaptability and flexibility Bold, creative, data analysis, global mindset, strong vision Personal growth and accelerated learning Employment type
